You look for it 3 days before it happened. Look now and you'll find it. Anthrax were better than I expected. I do like Slayer but I'm not a massive fan but you can't deny that they put on a blood awesome performance. Megadeth and Metallica were just great.

The cinema I was in went mental when everyone came on stage for 'Am I Evil'.

Anthrax were fucking brilliant, was hoping Megadeth played more 'Rust In Peace' material or 'Good Mourning/Black Friday' but still rocked out, Slayer - meh!

Am pretty sure it'll be released on DVD soon, hopefully with more footage.

A true metal moment. Definately had to pinch myself to believe it!!!

Wish they showed more Megadeth. I was rock hard when Megadeth ended with Holy Wars after opening with it.

Belladona does an awesome Dio impression, their quick H&H cover was an unexpected treat. I was a little dissapointed with Mustaine opening and ending with Holy Wars. Can he seriously not figure out another way to end a set?

Man I wish I had a chance to go to this show sad.gif Even more depressing is its part of the Sonisphere tour, which ends in England but without either Metallica or Megadeth.

Also Mustain and Hetfield together has got to be some of the coolest fucking music ever.

There's rumblings that this might come state-side. An interview with the ever-reliable, honest Scott Ian:

http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermo...wsitemID=141636

"Whether we do the U.S. is out of hands. That's a METALLICA question. For this [European run of dates], we kept hearing the rumors and I kept calling Kirk [Hammett, METALLICA guitarist] and he kept denying it and then one time he finally said, 'Yes, it's going to happen, but don't say anything.' I think it's going to be the same with other territories. We're already hearing rumors about other places in the world. And I think eventually it will be a worldwide adventure."

It was awesome. We did moshpits right in front of the movie screen, which was pretty surreal.
Also I was kinda impressed by Belladonas impression of Dio.

I want the DVD

It would have been cool for Tom or Kerry or Jeff to come out, but oh well.

No need, we've already got Rob Halford.
